Hello; I am writing this complaint because I signed up for this service and since I did I have not been able to get anymore information then I did before I paid. I want my money refunded from the day I started this service which was May - September. I am not at all happy with the service that I thought that I would get, I have been trying to locate my sister and you have not really helped. I would please like to have my money that I have spent put back onto my card, in which you have on file because you keep using it.
