They billed my Visa Card without me knowing about it tell I got my statement in the mail. I used there service one time looking up someone with a police record which was not much help, that was close to a year ago. I do not use there service. So they have no right billing my visa. I have tried to contacted them by the phone number on my statement 425-974-6100 but can never get a hold of anyone. If any one needs to contact me my E-mail address is (Personal Information Removed)
