I was contacted by their recruiter, Mike in May. Originally, I was looking for online work for other companies. I'm familiar with online sales since I currently sell on ebay. When contacted, this was the impression I was under. Obviously not the case. I'm ashamed to say I bought into their spiel and thought I could use the education they promised to make a successful online business.
This has not been the case. The "so called coaches" they assign to you seem clueless. They are hard to get in contact with and at times I had to wait for almost a week for a response. There is a 10 week period were the coach calls you weekly at a scheduled time. I had about 2 calls at the time scheduled and then she would call 15 min earlier, leave a message and become unavailable for the rest of the day. One week she didn't even call and it was counted. The coach couldn't even answer most of my questions and the call lasted about 10 minutes. At week 8 I unexpectedly got a new coach who had no idea were I was in my progress or what he was talking about.
Finally, because of the lack of support or knowledge, I paid for my website design through Godaddy.com. This was an extra $1500.00. But at least they could help me immediately. I could've saved a lot of money and stress by going through a company that was professional and informative.
Focus is a joke. And on top of the money I already invested I have to pay $39.95 a month for the e library that taught me nothing. What was the $10,000.00 for?! I have attempted to get a refund or at least for the cost of my website since they were unable to provide me with the proper information to do so, with no avail.
