He tried to scam us into renting a property that he did not own, via craigslist. He said he was serving in a program to help youth in Malaysia and would have to mail us the keys. We were very close to deciding to do it when we looked up the program. It didn't exist except as a scam. Fortunately, we didn't give him any money, but he was asking for $1300 US.
