I just looked at my bank account and found there had been $29.95 taken out of my account. That unexpected debit caused a negative balance which caused a $35.00 NSF fee to be assessed on my account. When I tried to call and find out who they were and why they did this, I got a person on the phone that couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions and didn't understand what I was trying to say. Very frustrating way to start your day.
