I ordered the Free 30 day trial of Lifecleanse for the price of Postage (£4.99)
Less than 1 hour after the on line booking, I noticed some small print saying that I would be charged a further 118 UDS every 30 days unless I cancelled within 30 days.
I cancelled by email and telephone in under an hour from the initial order.
The Customer services operator, confirmed the cancellation on the phone and gave me a reference number. An hour later I received a further email confirmation of the cancellation. That was on the 17th August. Yesterday, 6th Sept, They took 118USD from my account!!! I complained by phone & mail again and they confirmed by phone & mail again to say the 118USD will be refunded. I have returned the pills by Special Delivery to their UK PO Box address, with reference number. This company cannot be trusted!!! As soon as the money is back in my account. I am cancelling my card and ordering a new one. It's a terrible Scam!!! Be Warned
