Billed twice

I had been charged twice for that same unwanted item. The initial statement was compensated after which I began acquiring needs for cost for that same product. I named Transworld Methods to explain also it was like speaking with a wall. The Next bill was delivered to my tackle but by having an incorrect title. It's been difficult to clear this up and that I am fed up with being bothered with characters.
