I requested an item their site listed as "in-stock". Following a week i approached them to determine once the product had delivered & was informed it'dnot delivered since the product was "sold-out". They agreed to exchange an identical product (only distinction was one was mint-flavored plus one was unflavored). I decided nevertheless when the cargo came rather than the $3.23 cost for that unique item i requested I had been charged $9.70 for that precise product the only real distinction being one was mint-flavored and also the additional unflavored. I sent them wondering why the large cost difference-but they did not possess the typical courtesy to response. I wont conduct business together again.
