I have utilised the most abyssmal removal company known to the human race! Not only appalling, but utterly rude and incompetent when dealing with a complaint. I was - FINALLY AFTER A YEAR - asked to sign a form that I would accept a pitiful £150 for damages after they not only ruined my entire furniture possessions, but that they had the audacity to allow my claim to go forward on a basis of liability to only be told that they would not acknowledge it at all, beyond the bare minimum. I still hold the photographs, dated, by the way. For example, a £2.5K antique gold plated antique glass encased clock completely smashed to bits!!
