Antonio Chandler Broke an antique cupboard, & now I can't get ahold of him to pay!

On my move on 2/14/09, he not only broke an antique three corner cupboard, but lost the door as well! For more than a year, he's been promising that his contact will fix it, but I got fed up and asked for an estimate from my own furniture repair business. I've filed a BBB report on this company, and mailed him a copy of the estimate. Since then, I've not heard anything from this guy, and his telephone number is out of order! If anyone can let me know where he is, or how I can get in contact with him, that'd be great... I'm planning on filing a civil suit against him.
