Palm Loan Service: This company did an ACH debit for $30.00 on my account without my permission. The bank suggested that I call them, I tried to call them @ 866-789-3144, and after listening to a recorded message for 2:48 minutes the call was disconnected. I made an attempt to contact them three times same results each time. I have to close my account and open a new account in order to stop future withdrawals.
