I applied for a front desk position with ljw and was told I had to take an anti-terrorism class in order to get hired. The cost would be $249.00. I also paid the director an extra $25.00 for my 8hr. Yearly certificate in which he told me that if anyone asks, tell them I was in class with 25 people which was a lie. He told me that I would get a position when my licence arrive. When I asked if this was an agency and was told that it wasn't. As a result the licensng beraul stated that the school didn't receive my 8hr yearly from them. I will have to start over again if albany does not receive the info.
I need help in what my legal options are
