Usa magazine exchage ripoff thefts

I was ripoff by this company that promised me a real gold watch with a real diamond in it. They also claim i would be entered in a million dollar drawing. I tried the magazines for a few month i didn't want them anymore. They never stated a cancel policy. So i wanted to cancel the accout they said that what was not possible because i made an agreement to be with them for a year. Now the only way i cancel my accout is to pay them a balance of $93.00 to close my accout. I don't if i should trust them what should i do.
