In the last 2 years, I have used your Ms. Dixon's hair care products, purchased land and other items that were promised in perfect condition. But they were not. I have tried to contact her at work and no answer. I have been dissatisfied with her product and demand a refund. She actually had the nerve to offer business cards DixonEntLLC stating she was a talent agent and photographer. I am letting all know she is a fraud. I am elderly so I didn't know better. She use Kdixon2, Kaye Dixon, Khalela Dickson, and many more names with 378 in the title. We must stop this nonsense now.

First of all, when I unpacked the product and began to use the products, I found that it was missing the many pieces and guards and cap cover, which reluctantly took 12 weeks to get delivered. Secondly, I noticed after the second usage my poor gray hair started to thin and break. I called her and was terrified at the language and harsh words and blame.

I would like to request that your company look into this matter and provide a refund.
