The service itself seemed acceptable but the inability to manage even the basics of the account online proved to inconvenient to continue paying about $30 a month for this service. Having to phone Alert-1 every time you have a question or what to check the status of your account is not acceptable in today's busy lifestyle when most people need to accomplish more with less time per task. They are lacking in this regard.
