I purchaesd Alert 1 for my mother. She is elderly yet able enough to live alone. I wanted her to enjoy the freedom of living in her own home yet I was a bit nervous about not having someone around to make sure she was ok.

Now she has Alert 1 and we are both very happy with it. They check in with her regularly (just as I do) and we both have piece of mind knowing that they are there for her in case of any emergency.
