Annual Renewal Charged to Bank but Login Email Invalid

My bank account has been charged the annual renewal fee, can't log in, email address comes up as invalid. Talked to CS 2 days ago they said they can't do anything to get the information requested on my account without a valid email, your system is telling me its invalid. You should be able to pull my information via my name/bank acct in your system since you have been deducting from my bank. Contact my daughter via email at [removed]. Club Pogo/Pogo
