I have been working customer service for the last 15 years and i pride my self on giving the best customer service possible. I have also called a lot company and have recived very poor service i have given up on any one else giving me customer service as i would give. I placed an order online with sportsmemorabilia.com not expecting any type of customer service i received a call from a Cliffton Hernandez and it was a plesure speaking with him he has given me the best customer service that i have gotten in years he also sent me an email with his contact info just in case i had any questions and or wanted to make any more order to call him or email him directly. I thought this was a mirage but yesterday i received another call from Clifton Hernandez to advised that i should be receiving my package today. This person was sent from customer service heaven Sportsmemorabilia.com should very proud of having any employee like this.
