Do NOT use - misleading and terrible customer sercice

Boingo wireless not only highly mislead me into thinking that their unlimited plan would actually be - unlimited throughout hot spots around the globe - what their website clearly states is around the globe. Right? WRONG! Apparently I was supposed to recall from fine print in 2010 that I will be charged 12-16 cents per minute for use outside the US. When I called, seeking that I am being charged up to $100 for use outside the US - oh yeah, and they sent me delayed receipts so I didn't even know until a week later that I was being charged. When I called to get more info, the rep practically yelled at me for not seeing the fine print from 2 year ago. Unlimited worldwide, is so so wrong. Never never never using them again or recommending anyone else to. This company is blatantly misleadng.
