Did not do what was promised

Very bad experience with Pods. First, they said they can move us from Canada to US no problem. So we ordered the conteiner, packed it, got it ready for the move only to find out that they cannot take it due to inside policies!!! Then we had the conteiner delivered back to us just to unpack and pack it with someone else. We still had to pay for everything!!! Got cheated out of time and money.
