I asked the lady to cut off 1 (!!!) inch of my hair and she cut off 4 inches!!! She cut it the way she wanted to cut it and now my hair doesnt satisfy me. It used to be past my chest and it was cut all the way above my chest. There is a huge difference between 1 inch and 4 inches. Sooo angry!
