This so called friendly company took £69.99 from my account without any consent. I hadnt even heard of the company! When I called them too find out what on earth was going on I was put through too a rude little idiot who couldnt do his job properly. Told me it wasnt his problem and that I should report it too the police then call back. I suggest he under goes training again, his telephone manor was appauling. I then contacted my bank in a panick and distraught considering the money was the last of my wages I'd been paid that week. They then told me too contact this company again and warn them of legal action. I got through too someone else this time, a female who seemed too know what she was doing but still seemed dodgey when I look back now. She told me she'd cancel this so called application that I'd made and refund me my money in the next 30 days. Guess it's just a waiting game now. Im so angry and annoyed with this company!!!
