I have been charged $9.99 per month for 7 months from a scam company called Motime.com. I never authorized their service, yet AT&T allowed them to charge me for 7 months before I caught it on my bill. They refuse to refund any charges more than 3 months old. They were paid a total of $70.00 for a service I never ordered, and only refunded $11.25 back to my account.
