Similar experience for me, Pro Flight Simulator don't honour their "Money-Back" gaurantee. After being emailed by Lisa that I would get a refund and that the refund department would deal with it, still no refund! The last six emailed comments & requests on their "ticket" have been ignored! So much for Pro Flight Simulator "100% gauranteed money back, no questions asked". They are not to be dealt with, I think the positive postings are by themselves! Don't risk your money!
