I purchase Dr. Clean for my computer to clean and make it run smoother they gave me a ssid number to log into the program and i was not able to log in. So I contact them by email about the situation and they promise to refund my money. So when I didn't get my money I email them and told them I was going to report them to the B.B.B. And I haven't receive my money yet and still haven't heard from them about my money. I have email from them, I feel that I was scam and I would also like to report another company that might be scamming consumer and banks.
