I made a transfer of 1020 dollors for my account there, this amount was processed on 14th August by my bank here in Maryland and today is the 3rd of September and I have not received my money in my account yet. The name of my account is ktmantey, I have already sent numerous complains to the help section of their site but they had not responded to me, despite having spent 5 working days.

I am getting frustrated of this because its not my money.
Pls respond ASAP.
