I am currently in escalated complaint status with PAYPAL over this transaction. On August 8th, I ordered a pair of navy pumps: SADIE NAVY size 7 through the website listed above. I received email confirmation from:
Xiaoling Zheng riosshoes201@gmail.com Order #6063
A transaction ID # was listed. As of the end of August, I still had not received my shoes despite emails to the contact listed on the rios website (no phone # is provided).

At that time I submitted an escalated claim through PP and on Sept 2nd, received a shower cap! I have changed my complaint (per PP) to "item received - but entirely different - from the item ordered).

I'm glad I'm only out $27.90. I do not understand how this company continues to be allowed to have any association with PP. Don"t shop at riosfashionshoes!!
