Suspended for alleged corporate compliance violation; VP of HR refused to tell me the nature of violation. Feel that my civil rights as a white, gay, male over 40 have been violated. Will not return to this company after I have been cleared of any wrong doing because I was told I asked too many questions. Will not work for a company that does not have an open door policy even though they claim they do.
