First it came with a call, prompted me to filled all required info on personel and card. Then said to log in use my email and my password as directed. At this point, I couldn't go further to retrived what I was told to have. I opened the chat window to sent my querres but commented to standby for few minutes after been waited for an hour the chat screen read the associate is busy. I waited until this morning still no reply, no gift card and no gas reward of $100.00 at Walmart what left me my $2.99.
