My 80 year old Mother was scammed by this company. Someone called her an promised to help her reduce the interest rates on the credit cards. He was on the phone with her and the credit card company stating that he was her relative, and he was the one taking care of her... Of course all LIES. We reported to Bank of America that he did lie, they investigated it, only to determine this was a service she took, therefore she pays. She is on a fixed income and it's just SAD that people like him take advantage of the elderly.
