Chad O'Laughlin Excel Roofing

Chad O'Laughlin claimed to work for Excel Roofing at (Personal Info Removed) (Personal Info Removed). (we went to this address and it is a different company, they are not affiliated with Excel or Chad) We contracted with him to replace our roof and gave him $6,000 up front for materials. That was on 7/12. Since then we still do not have a new roof, materials/shingles or our money back. He will not return our phone calls but he has replied once or twice by text. He gave us another address of (Personal Info Removed). (we went to this address and it is a residence, a little boy answered the door and he did not know Chad or Excel Roofing) Now he has given us another address (Personal Info Removed). Again, this is a residence. I have looked at the Oklahoma County Assessor website and Chad O'Laughlin is not the registered owner of the houses located at Janeway or Salem.
We also have a cell phone number (Personal Info Removed). The other two people that were with him at our house during the estimate are Olivia Wilson and Cory Weitelman. I believe these are fake names...
If anyone has any information on how to catch this guy please call me at (Personal Info Removed). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
