I paid for a trip to Jamaica 2/13, to take my grandchildren in August. I spoke to Chap who recommended D. Franklin, which I looked up on line. I booked my air and thought all was well. When I call in early July to ask???'s They had no record, eventhough I had a Confirmation # N20186511. Chad was no longer there. Dee is also gone. I lost $750.00 in airfare and disapponited my grandchildren. They said I could extend but so far I have been unable to Please help.
