As previously mentioned but have to repeat.
Birthday card sent to my granddaughter onb 27.08.12 did not, and has not as today's date arrived. This is not the first time post from Coventry to SM3 8|LY has not arrived. I am distraught that my granddaughter did not receive her birthday card and the £20 that I sent her. The card was fully addressed with poost code and cellotaped.
