Opened my mom's credit card bill and there was a charge for $9.97. It happened on the day I paid the Dish Network bill. She doesn't often use a credit card, much less for frivolities. This is very disturbing. Our CC rep suggested it might be a simple case of transposing numbers since it was a one time thing. Not to defend anyone, but my own brief research seems to support that, even if my fears are not yet allayed.
