I went to the shop to ask if they have got raincoat? The asia woman said yes. She sold me a coat and refused to give me a receipt.in the afternoon raining, I put the raincoat on.in the rain I realized that is not a raincoat, all my inner clothe wet. Backhome I nealy caught cold. The following day I went back and asked that is not a raincoat I want my money back. She refused, I said I would report to trading standand she said go ahead.
Could you please help they make peoples life harder. Thank you
