I saw an article by a Channel 4 (UK) journalist who was raving about a free trial for the Slimvida and Colonflow 'health' products. As Channel 4 is a respected organisation, I ordered the product and made the fatal error of not reading the T&Cs. When I got back off holiday I saw that monies had been taken from my account for both products. Unfortunately, I was out of the 14 day 'free trial' period so couldn't send them back. My complaint is that the products are advertised as free, with no need to pay for the rest of the month and the credit card information was requested for P&P only.

I have lost over $200 because I did not read the T&Cs. I have managed to cancel further deliveries of both products but will be changing my card details just in case.
