On 08/25 I Eric Trevino went to bert ogden motors to buy a pre-owned vehicle. I am a first time buyer. I go in today 08/31 and it has been a complete disaster. I have been given the run around and I am very unhappy on how I have been treated. I was promised to get a 2008 Equinox and told to bring a posted dated check for 500 hundred dollars. I go to do so and then they say I was not approved after the applicatiom had already been processed and I was told I was approved for 13 grand through Capital One as told by the representative Elijio at bert ogden motors. Then he tells me that I am not able to purchase said vehicle. Offers a malibu then aveo the impala and saturn aurora which none have been honor by the representative or bert ogden motors. I want somethong to be done abot this poor experience.
