I contacted all the time auto about a complete engine change over purchased it over the phone $1762.00 was told would take 1 wk to receive. After almost 2 wks I contacted them put in touch with Vivian had to call 4 times before received answer she was very rude, and none caring finally got engine. I picked it up at trucking comp. They told me it was the worst shipping they had seen. Oil dripping loose and damaged parts. Contacted them talked to bill fortune. All he had to say was things happen, and since it was shipped from fl to ca it was a long way? He sent replacement parts. After cleaning engine (it was suppose to be clean and ready to install.) had to purchase parts that were suppose to be included, installed engine, it smoked and had a knock. Contacted fortune he said send motor back at My expense and that there would be a 20 percent restocking charge! I told him why should I have to pay return shipping on there mistake he told me that's the way it is!!! Also why do I paying restocking on bad product. He just dismissed that. This place is nothing but a scam they have f rating at BBB and even claim to be Christian based, there are so many complaints against them.
