I ordered a pair of Frye boots that were hard to find and I should have been suspicious of the low price for the item. Like others, I received a shower cap from China and did not connect the shipment with the boot purchase. Only after my emails to the company were unanswered and I started doing research, did I realize the fraud. I was successful getting a full refund from PayPal after calling them directly and explaining the case. They also advised me to report them to the FBI internet fraud site: ic3. Gov, which I did.
