Ernie Cruz has now disappeared and refuses to return the loaned funds. Also has email address ecruz@hesnacanada.com. Also his company Hesna Canada Inc. With online website www.hesnacanadainc.com is completely bogus. None of the "partnering" companies have ever heard or dealt with Ernie Cruz or Hesna Canada Inc. All of their project experiences are real project but they had NO participation in same.
