A useless engagement ring

My fiance purchased a engagement ring at the end of feb He proposed to me in May of this year, I've only worn the ring for 3 months and 2 diamonds have fallen out. We have been getting the run around for 3 days about this ring. Looks like we are gonna have to go to small claims court to get this issue resolved. We will never purchase anything else from Kmart or Sears. No one seems to know anything!!
