I was a victim of The Tax Club Scam and their affiliate from Home Profit Masters. I had seen an and advertisment for a work at home business and I am a disabled woman and thought I would see what it wss about so I submitted my name and phone number. Not long after I had a company call me offering me an ecommerce website guaranteed to make a lot of money. Soon after I got a call from The Tax Club and they told me that I needed their services to make my business work. They kept calling me selling me more and would not take no for an answer. Seriously high pressure sales tactics. It had been months and I had no website, no business, I had nothing to show for my investment. I had researched a few companies that help get your money back that didnt charge any upfront fees but they wanted 25% or more. That was just too much money to me. I was told by another person who had been had by the Tax Club to call a company called CR Consumer Resources and they charged me just about 10% and helped me through the whole process of negotiation with The Tax Club. I finally settled and got a good percentage back of the money that I had lost and didnt have to let go of 1/4 or more of the money that was returned. The Tax Club is a Scam and I hope that people really do research before getting involved. I am really grateful that I found CR Consumer Resources. I cannot thank them enough for their support and understanding of the nightmare that I had gone through. The Tax Club put me through hell. Now I can move on and put all of this behind me. No more telemarketing calls for me. CR Consumer Resources was so kind enough to put my name on the do not call registry among so many other things. I highly recommend them to anyone who has been taken by these crooks
