I paid one year in full, after the year expired they continued to bill me, despite my having informed them that i no longer use the club and have moved out of the area to nyc. They have since hired a lawyer who filed a claim in civil court for $700. This tactic of using lawyers to get money not rightfully owed creates an additional cost and hassel.in addition i think this business practice is immoral and should be stopped.
