My husband was contacted by Carolyn Hilton (Personal Info Removed), for grants for our company. This is apparently the same scam people have complained about through this site. Luckily I read these complaints after we recieved our contract through my e-mail. My husband was told there was a $39.50 registration fee and a $11,500 buisness plan cost after we recieved our grant. The contract reads" A retainer due now for $3950,00". This is where we stopped! This is the most recent number for this scam if this helps anyone. We do have a printed contract if we can help anyone please contact us! I have contacted the FBI to report the fraudulent grant scam.
