Miscellaneous

No, I did not pay the 5600.00. He was part of a ring I believe working through Dubai. He was very maniipulative, very smooth talker, and it was easy to fall in love with him. I never saw any red flags until yesterday and then it got bad quickly. He was wanting this money sent to him. He was on business travel in the UK. I had spoken to him on the phone several times. He would call from a restricted satellite phone. The picture that he sent of his daughter is actually a photo of a young lady referred to as "sleeping beauty" because she has a rare illness. I thank God that I do have family and friends close and I do know better than to send money. I can see how easy it would be though to fall prey to these people. I did contact the people on facebook that he said were his parents. I sent a message to them so they would be aware. I do hope that this helps to weed out another scammer.
