I purchased itunes software update only for $12.00 & was billed for $70.80.

When I tried to get an explination of the charges via phone, they wouldn't go over them with me. They said I had to email and that maybe i would get a response in 24 hours.

I finally had my credit card company dispute the charge for the balance of the unauthorized charge.

I will be turning them in to the proper authorities and hopefully others have as well.

This company is a total joke!
