Do not do any business with this company!!! My daughter wanted to order itunes... Softwarepros has a link that appears to be part of Apple itunes and for an upfront fee you could download music at a reduced or free cost. This company has NOTHING to do with itunes or Apple Corp... They are a complete rip-off! I am one of many, many others who have been ripped off by these crooks who falsely advertise what they really do. They have nothing but downloads that you can locate for free by yourself from other sites. They charged my credit card around $75 of which there was nothing I wanted from them since they had absolutely nothing to do with the purchase of itunes. I saw where many people who were scammed did not get any of their money back. I emailed them within a few days (softwarepros.com) and I was able to get back all but $5.99 of which they called a "processing fee". I wanted a complete refund but was willing to accept it just to get the bulk of my money back and rid myself of these crooks. From all the terrible reviews I've read online in several different places about this company I did not trust them with my credit card information. Once my partial refund was secured I cancelled my credit card and got new cards/numbers. I figured if they were willing to mislead so many people including myself I didn't trust them with my credit card information.
