I had a refund check from svec for 133 dollars they mistakenly mailed it to my neighbor at (Personal Info Removed).. The neighbor (terry bradley) claims he never seen it. The check was taken to farmers foods and cashed on aug 5th with out identification being shown, i filled a police report and they stated they did investigate but have come to a dead end. I think farmers foods should replace the check since they cashed it for a stranger without i.D. Isnt there laws in virginia that protect the victim here? Its not my fault it was mailed to the wrong address nor is my fault farmers food cashed it, after all it is my money
