Applied for a loan with this company after finding them online and they seemed legit. Told me I was approved but under the loan provisions I had to pay the first 3 months and then 90 days from that my first payment would be deducted from my account. Signed the papers and against my better judgement went to western union and sent them 491.00 plus the fee of 19.64. They told me the loan would be put right into my bank account. Waited and no money. After many expensive phone calls was finally te my loan wasn't approved and that I had to wait 30 days to receive my refunds. Now after a month, more expensive phone calls, and more lies over and over from Tony Frazier the best lie of all came today. That my original 491.00 had earned interest and it was now around 865.00 and that in order to get that it would cost ME a 300.00 fee and that as soon as I sent that I would get my original money back. Isn't there anything or anyone out there that can help us naive people who in such a tough economy had resorted to finding loans thinking that none of this would happen? Is there any way for us to get our money back from these scam artists? - Anthony
