I recently ordered a dress from www.womendressuk.Biz and the payment gateway was thru Fashion Pay. I but ended up getting a whole different product. I did report this to my bank and also shared all the emails from the service agent in the above 2 websites as well. And the final email from them just said this:

Dear friends

Have a nice day!

Please take it easy. You know if you return the goods to us, There will be a long time on the shipping. And the shipping fee is expensive. So it is not benefit for you. Please consider it again. You know I would like to help you.

On further investigation I also found these other websites which had the same products and hiding behind the same ISP's.

How do i report these websited to the Cyber Police and block them. Do assist me with this so that others can be protected.
